HOUSEBUILDER Barratt York's show complex at Rawcliffe Grange in York has been awarded the accolade of Show Arena of the Year
The complex in Manor Lane beat off stiff competition from other Barratt show arenas across the UK.
The arena comprises five show homes -- set in landscaped gardens complete with water features and is part of a phased development of 150 properties.
For the moment buyers can choose from a selection of two, three and four bedroom town houses priced from £169,995 to £221,995. Just three apartments remain for sale in the first phase. Barratt York sales director Paul Hogan said: "We're delighted that the show arena was selected as the best in the company. It's huge recognition for everyone involved in its creation.
"Rawcliffe Grange is a new concept in luxury living. It incorporates all the latest innovative architectural and town planning concepts for today's modern lifestyles and we wanted the interiors and exteriors of our show homes to reflect these values.
"Each of the show home interiors has a different theme, and there's certainly a style to suit every taste from the ultra-modern to the more traditional."
