RE the crime survey supposedly showing one in four teenage boys are regular offenders (January 27), I can't be the only one to notice that this survey seems to be based on asking the teenagers themselves.
So surely all it really tells us is that one in four teenage boys will, if asked, claim to be well-hard gangster types? Like, duh!
