AS much as I want to see the "York Eye" in Tower Gardens, I hope the relevant parties haven't overlooked anything.
I was under the impression that the freemen of the city were allowed to graze sheep and hang their washing out in the city's open spaces.
If there was a great big "York Eye" in the gardens, where would the washing lines go and would visitors appreciate dodging sheep droppings before they got on the ride?
