York City today revealed a new sponsorship deal believed to be the first of its kind in the Nationwide Coinference.
From now until the end of the season City will sport the name of CasinoTimes.co.uk on the back of the team's shirts and also shorts.
The deal has been struck by the company between now and the end of the current campaign with a view to extending the sponsorship deal next season.
Said City's sales and marketing executive Bob Gorrill: "It's a substantial fee and a very good deal for the club. I believe we are the first club in the Conference to have this sort of sponsorship."
CasinoTimes.co.uk is one of the United Kingdom's leading online casino guides, which advises players on which online casinos to play at.
Said owner Rob Cook: "We're excited about the prospect of sponsoring York City FC and look forward to a lasting partnership."
