DARREN Dunning could be forced to treat his team-mates to a Chinese meal after being sent off against Leigh RMI on Saturday, writes Dave Flett.
The 24-year-old midfielder was red carded for a second bookable offence after kicking out at Leigh's Warren Peyton.
City were still drawing 0-0 at the time and, although the visitors went on to win 3-0, caretaker boss Viv Busby was not happy with the actions of Dunning, who will now be banned for Sunday's re-arranged home match with Aldershot.
Busby said: "He will be fined or have to treat the lads to a Chinese meal. We can either do it officially or it will go into a players' pool and we will come up with something.
"I've been told he kicked somebody off the ball and if that's the case he had to go. It's ridiculous and I can't have that because he will miss games now.
"As it happened we got a resurgence of energy after the red card which often happens when you go down to ten men."
