ALICE Sunderland was York City Baths Club's only medaliist at the Scottish Short Course Championships in Glasgow.
The 14-year-old took silver in the youth, 15 and under 50metres backstroke and almost added another medal but was edged into fourth place in both 50m butterfly and freestyle events.
She also made the final of the women's 100m individual medley.
Rachel Eastaugh, 13, clocked a personal best in coming fourth in the 50m backstroke. She also reached the semi-final of the 50m breaststroke.
Andrew Fowler, 15, missed a medal by just 7/100ths of a second in the youth 16 and under 50m breaststroke. He also made the semi-finals of the 50m backstroke, 50m butterfly and 50m freestyle.
Alice Lawrenson, also 15, won the finals of both the youth and women's 50m breaststroke finishing ninth and tenth respectively.
Another 15-year-old, Hannah Waterfall, made the semi-final of the youth 50m butterfly.
Lifetime bests were also swum by Chris Burns, Nick Boaz, Lucy Recchia and Michelle Moffatt.
