AS a keen recycler, I was interested to see that Lichfield has come out as the highest recycling council in the country.
I do my best to ensure that as little as possible ends up in my bin. Indeed, some weeks it's hardly worth putting it out.
Perhaps the council should consider doing what Lichfield is doing, which is not collecting the rubbish each week, but instead doing more to collect recyclables.
