Attorney, awarded a race at Lingfield last week in the stewards' room, may not need any help to follow-up at Southwell tomorrow.
The in-form sprinter, who is doing trainer Ron Harris proud as he launches his new career, is fancied to lift the Bet Direct In Vision Banded Stakes over six furlongs.
Attorney won over this course-and-distance at the New Year meeting, providing Chepstow-based Harris, who took out a licence only last month, with his first winner.
The seven-year-old actually failed by a head to catch Lady Pekan at Lingfield last Wednesday, but he was hampered on the rails by the winner and the stewards reversed the placings after an inquiry.
Attorney is set to carry 10st 4lb tomorrow, but his weight will again be suitably reduced by the 7lb claim of capable apprentice Mark Halford, his regular rider. The partnership will be hard to beat.
Lady At Leisure will not be short of supporters in the opening race, the Bet Direct Apprentice Stakes, and is awarded my Nap vote.
Mick Ryan's charge reappeared at Southwell earlier this month after a lengthy absence and was denied by only threequarters of a length by Susiedil, a 40-1 chance.
Likely to have benefited from that race, Lady At Leisure, running over the same distance tomorrow, is selected to go one better in the hands of Derek Nolan, an accomplished young rider.
Scottish trainer Ian Semple is never afraid to travel south to one of the all-weather venues if he thinks he's got a winning chance, and the Lanarkshire-based handler could well hit the target again with Dubai Dreams in the Littlewoods Bet Direct Stakes over eleven furlongs.
The five-year-old scored here a week ago and has every chance of following-up with experienced apprentice Amir Quinn reducing his weight by 5lb.
Over the sticks at Towcester, the Philip Hobbs bandwagon can maintain its momentum, courtesy of Noble Request in the Alphameric Red Onion Juvenile Novices' Hurdle.
Hobbs achieved a career-first at Kempton on Saturday when sending out a first-ever four-timer on the same card.
Noble Request, a winner at Towcester 11 days ago, can provide the Minehead trainer with another notch on the scoreboard.
Banker Count, who started his career with Mick Easterby at Sheriff Hutton, has spent recent years with Venetia Williams, who saddles the now ageing gelding in the gg.com Handicap Chase.
The 13-year-old shrugged-off his veteran status when winning at Leicester recently, beating Captain's Table by five lengths. Sam Thomas again has the mount.
Flight Command will be given a rest after his victory at Wetherby races on Saturday, said Brandsby trainer Peter Beaumont.
"He might come back in the spring, but next season looks promising for him," said the trainer.
