HARROGATE RUFC went down 49-10 at Bracknell, exchanging places with the Berkshire side at the wrong end of National League Two.
Unless there is a distinct improvement in 'Gate's performance - and quickly - they look certainties for relegation.
Indiscipline did not help Harrogate's cause as they lost first Spanish prop Alex Onega (stamping) and then stand-in full-back Charlie Du Pre (backchat) to the sin-bin. It was Onega's third yellow card and he now faces a suspension.
Harrogate were quickly ten points down to a Ladia Vondrasek try to which Andrew Frost added the conversion to go with an earlier penalty. By the break Alan Leishman had also crossed and Frost had converted and kicked another penalty.
All Harrogate had to show for their efforts was a Mark Erven try. And the pattern was to be repeated in the second half with Erven's replacement at hooker Chris Small the only Harrogate scorer.
Meanwhile, Bracknell were adding another Frost penalty followed by two Stuart Roberts tries, a penalty try and another from Daniel Legge. Frost converted three of the four.
