OUSEBURN won 3-1 at Fulford in division two with goals from Stuart Ramsey and Matty Croll (2) to move in to second spot.
White Horse Church Fenton gained their fourth successive win when a Scott Griffiths goal beat Strensall.
Civil Service also registered their fourth win on the bounce after they beat Elvington 3-0. Both opening goals came from throw-ins, the first being headed home by Rob Evans, while the second saw Evans head on into the path of Alistair Burn to score. A Richard Burrows penalty in the second half settled the game.
Amotherby have games in hand on all the sides above them and remain one of only three sides yet to be defeated this season after beating bottom club Stillington 4-2.
Bobby Brewer's return to the side was marked with an early goal which was then cancelled out by Stillington's Steve Johnson but Brewer restored Amotherby's lead which was extended by Sam Thackeray and Gary Punchard. Dave McCafferty netted a late penalty for Stillington.
Barmby Moor's Matty Beavers hit his sixth goal of the season when he opened the scoring in the first half at Riccall but the hosts shared the points with a Darren Davies equaliser ten minutes into the second half.
