Stockton Hall Hospital is a medium secure psychiatric hospital for patients with mental illness, personality disorders, and/or learning disabilities. We are currently looking to recruit motivated and enthusiastic individuals for three exciting opportunities in various disciplines throughout the hospital.
PROJECT WORKER - USER INVOLVEMENT
22 hours per week - Fixed term contract £30,000 per annum pro rata
The Hospital is strongly committed to supporting user involvement, which includes weekly community meetings and ward representative meetings. There is also a User Involvement Steering Group incorporating link staff from each of our 6 wards.
The Hospital is seeking to recruit a project worker for a period of 3-4 months to assist the development of user involvement and to provide a summary report recommending areas for improvement to enhance the quality of life for patients. The role will involve research, attendance at meetings, patient contact and consultation with Senior Managers and staff members. Management and supervision will be provided by the Social Work Manager and external support may also be made available.
