MR AP Cox may like to refer to the amendment put forward for the Road Safety Bill, regarding the use of mobile phones while cycling.
As it now stands the people on bikes are not committing an offence and as such are not flouting any law.
Can anyone confirm that there is any more or less paperwork when dealing with the prosecution of a cyclist? Sounds like an ill-informed rant to me.
