THERE was a handy Andy jolt to the system for Leeper Hare York and District Football League Reserve 'D' leaders Norwich Union.
They led 3-1 against visitors Heworth thanks to plunder from Dave Johnstone, Mick Richardson and Tom Brittain. But then Heworth, and particularly Andy Innes, turned the tables. The visitors won 4-3 with Innes bagging all four goals.
The home curse was evident elsewhere in the basement division, where four out of the five games went the way of the visitors.
Besides Norwich Union's shock loss, York RI beat hosts Moor Lane 8-0, Ouseburn toppled Civil Service 2-0 and a Rob Murphy hat-trick gave Fulford a 3-0 win at Huby.
