REGARDING the relatively new law on the ban of mobile phone use while driving unless using a hands-free kit, why does the blatant disregard for the law introduced last year get so much publicity when speed limits implemented decades ago are still not adhered to?
They are just as potentially dangerous and receive very little coverage apart from the idea to link the severity of the fine to the speed over the limit
