IT is immoral of Hugh Bayley MP to vote against hunting. It is a further breach by him (for he is pro-abortion) of his foremost duty, to defend human freedom from conception to natural death.
As Mr Bayley so rightly says, in his very own words, "It is impossible to prove hunting is immoral". He is only entitled to outlaw what is immoral.
Article 29 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, 1948, reads, "In the exercise of his rights and freedoms, everyone shall be subject only to such limitations as are determined by law solely for the purpose of securing due recognition and respect for the rights and freedoms of others and of meeting the just requirements of morality, public order and the general welfare in a democratic society".
Mr Bayley, a townie, has kept himself wilfully ignorant of what looking after livestock and game and hunting entail. He has refused open invitations from local hunts to kennels, puppy and hound shows, to meets. He makes false excuses for being anti-hunting.
Hounds are God's beautiful creatures, semi-feral, predatory, with unique powers of scent, sight, speed and stamina. Their use is preferable to shooting, snaring, gassing.
Mr Bayley has refused me assurances that he will defend the rights to shoot and to fish.
