I HAVE just returned from a few days break in York. However, an otherwise enjoyable holiday was marred by someone stealing my car's aerial when my car was parked outside our holiday cottage in Tadcaster Road.
This meant I had to drive home without any radio reception, and then had to take a short day at work to buy a replacement aerial from my dealer.
So I have two questions to ask the vandal/thief responsible:
Is your life so empty that you are only able to get your kicks from vandalising other people's property?
Or are you so poor that you can't afford the £7.44 cost of a new aerial yourself, and so have to steal someone else's?
Either way, I won't be holidaying in York in future.

Avenue Road,
