MARC Dobson snatched a 5-4 win for Black Swan Pickering over Thornton-le-Dale with a header four minutes from the end of their RJF Homes Beckett League Gordon Harrison Memorial Trophy second round tie.
Shaun Hornby, Simon Dale (2), Adrian Voicu (penalty) were Black Swan's other scorers. Marksmen for Thornton were Mike Lealman (penalty), Jonathan Scobie (2), Will Dunnett.
Aislaby United won 5-2 at home to Rosedale with goals from Alex McRae (2), Adam Hornby (2) and Simon King.
Division one leaders Kirkdale United beat second division leaders Slingsby 4-1 with goals from Ashley Windress (2), Philip Charlton and Uhi Ehima. Darren Dyer scored for Slingsby.
Kirkdale's Bobby Ehima has been suspended for five weeks from November 15 for an incident while he was playing in a Sunday League game.
Goals from John Alcock and Dan Jaques gave St Clement's WMC a 2-1 win at Coxwold, who had led through Ben Kelly.
Heslerton scored their first win of the season in division one of the RJF Homes Beckett League despite being without four main players.
They beat Duncombe Park 2-0, Chris Bell heading them into the lead in the first half and Simon Johnson netting in the second period.
Ryedale SC crushed Union Rovers 2nds 12-0 to go top of division two on goal difference from Slingsby.
Player-manager John Reed got four goals after coming on as substitute. John Sherwood scored a hat-trick and there was a goal each from John Peel, Matty Gardner, Ben Allan, Paul Lakin and Andy Rouph.
Sam Meegan scored a hat-trick as Norton United Reserves won 4-1 at Carlton United. Roy Heslewood was Norton's other scorer and Tom Kendall was on target for Carlton in the first half.
Union Rovers won 3-0 at Pocklington Town in the second round of the East Riding FA Country Cup. All the goals came in the first 25 minutes through Pete Tiffany, Nick Todd and Richard Abbey.
