THINGS are hotting up for the York Curry Company.
The unusual club for the city's curry-loving business people formed by Peter Harrington, managing director of QA Research in York, met for the second time on Friday - and 16 turned up at the Viceroy Restaurant in Monkgate
Membership now stands at 28, ranging from sole traders to directors of large companies.
The exclusive club, which meets once every six weeks, has definite rules which insist that this is social rather than business networking even though it falls right in the middle of the business day.
Mr Harrington said: "Yet again the mutual love of curry inspired some great conversation. There was also a curry quiz with champagne prizes."
