HARROGATE Town crashed out of the FA Trophy first round at Stalybridge Celtic in spectacular fashion.
They were cruising at 2-0 up with four minutes to go when they conceded three goals to the lowly Conference North side.
James Turley put away a 25th-minute penalty to give Town the lead and Mark Haran's header doubled the advantage.
But panic crept into the Town ranks when Steve Smith raced down the wing and his cross was swept in by Nathan Wharton.
Three minutes later Mark Atkins lost possession and Ben Smith cracked in the equaliser.
In the seven minutes of additional time Town cracked again when Paul Shepherd handled and Dean Calcutt smacked in the winner from the penalty spot.
The defeat against lower ranked opposition follows Town's exit at the hands of Liversdedge in the FA Cup.
