CUEBALL'S Tracey Farmeary was crowned York John Smith's Ladies Darts League individual champion after an epic battle with Cygnet 'C''s Roz Kerr.
Farmeary started with three tons to take the opener in 23, Kerr levelled with 25 and despite hitting a maximum in the third leg fell to another 23 from Farmeary, who hit 140 at a crucial stage.
Kerr again pulled level with 20, the decider was a close fought one with Farmeary taking the title with a 48 closure.
Farmeary paired up with Angie Hields to defeat Clifton's Claire Lickley and Karen Hodgson 2-0 in the pairs, and the victors also took the captain and vice captain's title 2-0 against Kerr and Cygnet colleague Sue Lowery.
Lowery teamed up with Karen Richardson and Carole Layne in the triples but were outshone by Cygnet 'A''s Dawn Exton, Lynn Thompson and Anne Brass. Farmeary also picked up the player of the night award.
Tony Cooper checked out on 155 for a tremendous 12 darts for Sun in their York Phoenix Monday Darts League division one encounter with Cygnet 'A'.
Cooper went down 2-1 to Kev O'Hara who gamed in 21.
Sun Inn's Jon O'Mara included a 180 for a fantastic 14 darts, but again lost 2-1 to Cygnet 'A''s Pete Leake who notched a 180 then took the decider in 19. Kev Walton (20) sealed the win with a 99 finish for 18. Sun went on to take the match 7-2 with Chris Thompson closing out 18 & 20 darters.
Mike Harris was Acomb SC match winner against Cygnet 'B' who had Paul Cooper out in excellent legs of 14 and 16 and was supported by Craig Wedge (20).
A 107 finish for 21 and 180 for 18 darts from Heath Scaife guided Shepherd SC to a 7-2 win against Huntington WMC. Mick Willsen added a 17-darter for Shepherds.
Rose & Crown recorded their first win of the season at Acorn ARL who had Shaun Day (20) and Lee Brundrett (21).
Clifton lead division two after a 6-3 victory against Crescent, while Locomotive recorded the same score against Falcon, who had Chris Wilson out in 19.
A maximum from Bertie Bingham for 21 and 23 darters from both Paul Partridge and Rob Platt were best for Slipper who lost 7-2 at Blacksmith's who had a 114 finish from Pete Davis.
In division three, Britannia opened a five-point lead at the top with a 7-2 win at Flag 'B', while Hospital Social Club beat Reindeer with a 180 for 23 from Wendy Smith.
Palace maintain their challenge with John Dykes closing on 117 for 21 and Chaz Ramsden 96 finish for 21 to defeat Lord Nelson 8-1.

Escrick SC lost 5-3 to Barlby Bridge in division two of the Yorkshire Super League.
John Quantock (Escrick) had a 61 finish for 14, then 20 and 23 darters for an average of 76.69. He was supported by Derrick Bath (180 for 17), John Smith (17) and Simon Hirst (20 & 21), but Escrick found Barlby too strong.
