QUEEN Margaret's School's Under-18 and Under-14 teams have both won their respective York and District hockey tournaments and dual representatives of the Escrick establishment will now contest the county tournament next month.
The U18s convincingly beat York Sixth Form College 10-0 and St Peter's 6-1, while the U14s overcame St Peter's 2-0 in a straight final.
St Peter's gained revenge by defeating Margaret's 1-0 in the U16 final.
The U14s' county final is on Tuesday, November 2 with the U16 and U18 tournaments taking place the next day.
