HAVING a chat with a friend one day, the subject of David Beckham's tattoos came up, especially the one at the back of his neck.
My friend remarked that this one was supposed to represent a Guardian Angel and that contrary to being a heavenly safeguard, the tattoo would prove the opposite.
This "rang a bell" and the appropriate book was brought out.
My friend quickly found the relative text in Leviticus 19-28:
''You shall not make cuttings in your flesh or print or tattoo marks upon you. I am the Lord."
With great relief, we have never been tempted!
