After narrowly missing out in the Intermediate Cup to Sheffield last week, Malton and Norton make a first North 2 (East) league visit to Redcar.
Several of those missing last week return, including Ian Mansell replacing Liam Cowton on the wing.
However, skipper and fly half Chris Creber is still injured.
Rob Tate, who had an exceptionally good game last week, will retain the fly half berth. Richard Webster returns to the second row and vice-captain James McKay resumes at number 8.
Redcar have had an up and down season so far and lie two points below Malton and Norton. If Malt can deal with the power of the home pack they should possess too much pace and strength outside, with Ryan Lonsdale back to his bullocking best in the centre and Jason Simpson and Mansell to provide the pace from full back and wing respectively.
