Treason Trial, who won York's final race of the season ten days ago, is napped to follow-up at Bath tomorrow.

Trained by Steff Liddiard, who is fast making a name for herself, the three-year-old steps up to an extended two miles in the Betfred.com New On Line Handicap and is expected to take plenty of beating.

Treason Trial, a 14-1 shot on Knavesmire, was always travelling well and, although it was not until well inside the final furlong that he got his head in front, he won a shade cleverly by half-a-length from Northern Nymph.

That race was over one and threequarter miles, but there is every chance that Treason Trial will stay this extra distance.

Another Choice gets my vote in the Levy Board Handicap.

The three-year-old, trained by Nick Littmoden, is a consistent campaigner and he remains in good form on the evidence of his latest start at Windsor, where he failed by only a neck to get the better Day To Remember.

Soft ground seems to suit him and tomorrow's extra couple of furlongs will not inconvenience him on a course where he has scored in the past.

Pagan Prince is fancied to reign supreme in the Weatherbys Insurance Services Handicap.

James Toller's gelding finished fourth to The Prince at York 10 days ago, a fair effort, considering he was drawn wider than ideal in a big field.

He's a tough and consistent performer and, with Eddie Ahern taking over from regular rider Lisa Jones, he should go well.

Woodbury, a winner over this course and distance earlier this season, can make his prescence felt in the Wick Apprentice Handicap, run over an extended five furlongs.

The five-year-old will receive every assistance from the experienced Liam Treadwell.
