York RI are probably running out of footballs as Nick Hutchinson collected his fourth hat-trick of the season to beat Huby 4-2 and keep within two points of the division three leaders.
Lee Dutton scored RI's other goal and Rich Jennison and Arthur Broadment replied.
Hemingbrough's 100 per cent record looked in real danger away at basement club Cawood where the home side were leading 1-0 at the interval. The introduction of Craig Welford in the second half sparked a recovery for Hemingbrough as he scored twice and a Danny Smith hat-trick helped the 'Brough to a 5-1 win.
Moor Lane had a comfortable 4-0 win over Heworth with Andrew Kenyon netting twice and John Kennelly and Gary Smith both getting on the scoresheet.
LNER Builders are just keeping in touch with the early pacemakers after their 2-1 home win over Rawcliffe with goals from Andy Sykes and Gareth Watkins.
Leaders Sheriff Hutton were behind at home at the break to a brace of goals from Norton's Chris Seager but once Mathew Hartas had reduced the arrears there seemed to be only one outcome and the hosts added further goals from Dale Phillips and John Thornton to keep pole position.
