MALTON Bacon Factory got their first home win of the season in the premier division beating Dunnington 4-1.
Sam Lander gave the hosts an early lead and Chris Burgess equalised before the interval. But two goals within three minutes of the re-start, from Darrel Craggs and a 30-yarder from Phil Marwood followed and victory was sealed by Simon Collins on the hour.
Copmanthorpe were comprehensively thrashed by Huntington Rovers 7-1.
A Matty Bastock free-kick put them ahead. But on 25 minutes the hosts were level when Dunne's cross was headed home by Rob Ellis and they took the lead with a Paul Downes shot. In the second half Chris Dyson completed his Rovers hat-trick, a left footed volley from Paul Downes made it 6-1 and leading reserve scorer Craig McDonald completed the tally.
Bishopthorpe and Haxby both registered their first draw of the season. Mark Scoreby had given Haxby a first half lead but Paul Goldsmith equalised in the second period.
T&L Selby made it five home games without defeat as they beat local rivals Kartiers 2-0. Chris Harkin converted a first half penalty and Steve Rowbottom added the second.
The division one match of the day saw New Earswick, unbeaten in their opening games, at home to Rufforth, with a similar record. New Earswick ran out comfortable 4-0 winners with goals from Kevin Barker, Tony Robinson and two from Luke Burton.
St John's College had little difficulty keeping their unbeaten record for another week as they overwhelmed Selby RSSC 7-0. An own goal and a Chris Lees strike separated the sides at the interval but second half goals from Andrew Sherlock (2), Andrew Stubbington, Ben Winstanley and another Lees goal condemned Selby to their third consecutive defeat.
Crayke suffered another home defeat going down 6-0 to Nestl Rowntree.
Two goals from Paul King helped Hamilton Panthers to their first league points of the season as they beat Norwich Union 3-0. Mark Wilerby scored the third.
Wilberfoss came away with a point from their visit to Post Office. A Mick Heels header gave Post Office the advantage but Damian Holden salvaged a draw for Wilberfoss with an 18-yard strike in the 75th minute.
The only luck division two side Barmby Moor are having at the moment is bad. During their 2-1 defeat at Fulford they lost their keeper with a suspected broken leg and his replacement was sent off for handling the ball outside his area. Ben Bailey and 16-year-old Joe Jackson gave Fulford their first win of the season, Will Steel grabbing Barmby Moor's consolation.
League leaders Poppleton also saw their keeper dismissed but survived to win 4-3. Chris Balmer opened the scoring for Pop and then James Barrett on his Pop debut produced two stunning goals, one from 45 yards and the second an individual run. Sam Gregory reduced the arrears before Joe Vaughan added a fourth. Stillington could only add two late goals from Julian Knowles.
Civil Service collected three points from their 1-0 win over Heslington, leading scorer Rob Evans heading home the only goal of the game.
Riccall and Strensall drew 0-0 while Luke Dove's fourth league goal of the season put Elvington in front at Ouseburn, who missed a penalty before Darren Horsfield equalised. There were seven reserve players in the Amotherby squad for the match at home to White Horse but they were two goals up within five minutes courtesy of Adam Gray and Bob Brewer. But the visitors levelled with goals from Oliver Sowden and Lenny Mason.
