HANNAH Swift may be only 17 but she certainly knows how to live.
The Helmsley teenager is to take part in the World Transplant Games next summer for the second year running, after qualifying this week at the British Transplant Games.
This is quite an achievement for a young woman who had a heart transplant when she was nine then fought cancer five years later.
Hannah is an example to us all, with her spirit, dedication and determination to live life to the full.
Well done and good luck for next year.
