SO the USA has gone on a heightened security alert after receiving information from their intelligence agencies that al Qaida intend to cause more chaos by attacking American financial institutions.
Would these be the same "intelligence" agencies that said there were WMDs in Iraq and if so, are we expected to believe them this time? Who might benefit politically from such a scare?
