We have a newly refurbished office in Tadcaster and require a Marketing Support assistant. We are a large Civil Engineering Company who employ 2,000 staff nationwide with over 130 staff working from the Tadcaster Office. Your role will be to assist the marketing co-ordinator and the department in general. You must have excellent internet/computer skills and a good understanding of English Grammar. Be of smart appearance and the ability to work on your own or as part of a team. Skills requried: Maintaining databases. Preparing and presentation of documents. Knowledge of pre-qualifications and quality submissions. Polite telephone manner. Advanced skills on the following software: Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Acrobat Writer. Package: Salary (negotiable) depending on experience. 26 days paid holiday. Company pension. Monday to Friday 8.30-5.00pm.
