WHILE usually agreeing with William Dixon-Smith (Letters, July 27) - bless his stylish wit and wisdom - he chooses to ignore Constantine as being the first Roman emperor to become a Christian; albeit belatedly and perhaps, to play safe for whatever the hereafter might hold.
