Yorkshire Phoenix will wheel out their big guns in tomorrow's totesport League battle with Durham Dynamos at Riverside in a game which could have a big bearing on which of the two sides goes on to gain promotion.
Craig White returns from a hamstring strain to lead Yorkshire, while Australian all-rounder Ian Harve, makes his first appearance in almost two months after recovering from a badly torn hamstring.
And England strike bowler, Matthew Hoggard, is also included in the squad of 13, but he is still receiving treatment on his jarred knee and it is unlikely that he will be fully fit in time for the match.
"Matthew is very keen to play but it is still less than a week since he hurt his knee and he may not be quite ready," said Yorkshire's director of cricket, David Byas.
"England say that Matthew must play for MCC in the three-day game against the West Indies at Arundel next week in order to prove his fitness, otherwise he will not be considered for the first Test at Lord's which starts on July 22," said Byas.
"We also want him to play at Arundel and come through without any problems because then he will be fit for our Cheltenham and Gloucester Trophy semi-final game against Gloucestershire at Bristol next Saturday," he added.
"It is great to have Craig and Ian back again and they will now be able to get in plenty of cricket before the C&G match.
"Their return means there is no room at Riverside for either Andrew Gale or Vic Craven and it was a tough call leaving them out because they have both played very well recently."
Gale, especially, has come to the fore and his totesport League innings of 46 against Sussex at Arundel a fortnight ago and his Twenty20 Cup knock of 38 from 22 balls with six fours and a six at Trent Bridge this week showed that the 20-year-old is a bright prospect.
Yorkshire currently stand second in the totesport League Second Division table and Durham fourth, but both teams have played a game more than all of their rivals and each needs a win tomorrow to maintain the momentum.
Yorkshire from: Wood, White, Jaques, Lumb, McGrath, Harvey, Dawson, Dawood, Bresnan, Gray, Kirby, Silverwood, Hoggard.
