IN your report 'Top Restaurant warns council over parking' (July 3) Maria Abu Rish of Fossgate revealed plans to hit York council in the pocket about its controversial parking policies.
What does she think other Fossgate residents and businesses want?
As I recall, they were crying out loud for Fossgate to be made a foot-street and have a bollard put in place to prevent traffic from using it as a rat-run.
Well, you are halfway there, or have you all changed your minds now?
