WHEN I leave work I often go home through the city centre past the law courts.
Here I see York's low-life on the court steps, laughing and looking at people in an intimidating way, spitting and throwing tab ends and plastic cups all over the steps and any other rubbish they may have. These are law courts; doesn't anybody care anymore what people do?
These people think the law is a big joke and, sometimes, I think they are right.
