A YORK photographer has snapped up the accolades at a prestigious Yorkshire awards ceremony.
Malcolm Rouse, 55, of Rawcliffe, won an award of excellence for his portrayal of radio star Don Mclean opening a business in Hull, at the Yorkshire region of the Master Photographers Association Annual Print Competition.
Judges gave him an award of merit for his photograph capturing Spitfires commemorating the Battle of Britain, and a merit for a football action picture.
Mr Rouse, who has been a photographer since leaving school, also won the Press and PR Award alongside a merit in the Avant Garde Wedding section and the Wedding Album Competition.
