Selby increased their division six lead to 41 points with an advantage draw at New Earswick while nearest rivals Dringhouses were on the receiving end of a draw at Londesbrough Park.
Despite having their innings interrupted after 30 overs, a stoppage which eventually resulted in a reduction to 38 overs, Selby were able to make 188-9 with Steve Whisker 32, Steve Smith 49 and Kevin Lund 48 delivering the goods. R Wood took 4-71 for Earswick who then earned a draw at 135-5 thanks to Mick Steels' 56no.
Wilberfoss batsman Ben Jackson was the day's only century maker. His 102 steered Wilberfoss to the day's highest total of 243-6. Kev Davison supported with 45 while Tony Tate took 3-46 for Civil Service. Neil Terrett made 53 and Alex Livie 62 but Davison's 3-26 held the reply to 142-6.
Rowntrees gained the full 30 points for the first time in over two years when they made 202-4 and bowled out Thorp Arch & Boston Spa for 104. Steve Aldous 64no and Stefan Cockerill 57no excelled in a 112-run stand, while Neil Davidson's 4-33 stifled TABS.
