Another collection of "rock anthems", this time taking its title from the Boston song which opens the album.
Not many compilations would dare to mix AOR with Eighties spandex rock, Maria McKee's Show Me Heaven, Roseanne Cash's Runaway Train and a Jim Steinman song being sung by the man himself (rather than the Meat Loaf and two Bonnie Tyler songs that are here too).
There are heavier tracks from ZZ Top and Alice Cooper, and a few odd ones such as Cyndi Lauper's I Drove All Night thrown for good measure. Heart's How Can I Refuse is a pleasant surprise, although it would have been good to have Rick Springfield's Human Touch rather than Jesse's Girl, and better for not having Peter Frampton's Baby I Love Your Way. You can't have everything, and it is out ready for the summer, as you can tell by the inclusion of Dave Lee Roth's California Girls.
