Hemingbrough suffered a shock seven-wicket defeat at Stamford Bridge and have slipped off the top position to second place in Hunters the estate agent York and District Senior League division two.
Peter Aconley was Stamford's bowling hero, taking 7-22 as Hemingbrough were dismissed for 151, Simon Cox being top scorer with 38.
Matt Beckett then made 35 as a basis for Bridge's response then Andy Milner (60no) and Peter Milner (25no) completed the operation.
Castleford are struggling in a relegation slot after losing by seven wickets at Crayke.
Seventeen-year-old James Wood was in superb form with the bat to make 67, but his Castleford team-mates fared badly as Mark Hutchinson took 5-53 and Andrew Dawson 4-44 to end the innings on 148.
Crayke's response was built on a 103-run second wicket stand between Paul Hutchinson (69) and Dawson, who added 29 as the Villagers won.
There was a cracking game at St Helen's Road, where Dringhouses gained a fine one- wicket win over Rowntree after appearing to be dead and buried.
Richard Tuite was again in good form for the confectionery men, scoring 60, while Ian Parnaby (43) helped to put his side in a strong position.
After they were parted, spinners Mick Kenyon (4-37) and Ian Bews (4-69) held sway and the innings collapsed to 197 all out.
This appeared to be more than adequate as the home side lost their first four wickets for 17 runs..
Two further wickets fell as Paul Horner (3-45), Dave Thompson (3-39) and Dave Whittle (3-41) reduced the hosts to 63-6.
But a fine stand of 90 for the seventh wicket between Scott Jacques (61) and Grant McLean (53) redressed the balance and enabled Dringhouses to scrape a one wicket win at 201-9.
Scarborough recorded their fourth victory when they made a successful journey to Hovingham, who were all out for 183 as Robert Harrison took 4-33.
Home batsman Stuart Prest fell for 96 while Nick Elliott chipped in with 28.
In reply, Mark Welford made 27, Richard Brooke 39, Luke Van Kempen 37 and former Snainton player Craig Sanderson an unbeaten 38 as Scarborough coasted to a seven wicket win.
