OUR obsession with celebrity is shallow and meaningless, the grouches insist. They should be introduced to ten-year-old Jack Rollinson.
Jack lives with his aunt Dawn after mum Tracy died of cancer at 34. During his mother's illness he became a fan of singer Peter Andre.
Now young Jack is set to meet him on Thursday. "The prospect of meeting Peter has made a world of difference to Jack because it has given him something to look forward to,"says Dawn.
Shallow? Meaningless? Not at all. We hope "Junior Andre" has a magical time with his hero.
