FORMER York City fans favourite Jon McCarthy will be the Harrogate Minstermen's guest at Knaresborough WMC on Tuesday night.
McCarthy will travel from his Midlands base to answer supporters' questions from 8pm.
The ex-Northern Ireland winger starred last season for Unibond League champions Hucknall Town, who were only denied a place in the Conference because of insufficient ground facilities.
McCarthy, 33, is now due to play in next season's Conference Two North for the Derbyshire side.
As well as City and Hucknall, McCarthy, who was a hero of City's 1993 Wembley promotion play-off winning side, has played for Hartlepool, Shepshed Charterhouse, Port Vale, Sheffield Wednesday, Birmingham City, Doncaster Rovers and Carlisle.
He made 452 League appearances, scoring 52 goals and commanding combined transfer fees approaching £2million.
He was also capped 19 times by his country and faced the likes of France, Germany, Italy and Spain.
