A BIG-hearted North Yorkshire firm is helping a teenager go on her dream trip to Peru.
Hannah Griffiths, 19, of Sowerby, near Thirsk, will be meeting llamas as she treks through the heart of the Peruvian Andes to raise money for Voluntary Services Overseas (VSO).
Thirsk-based label specialist GSM Graphic Arts has given her £500 towards the cost of her trip.
Hannah needs to raise £2,500 for the trek, which will help VSO send skilled and professional people to share their knowledge with poor and disadvantaged communities in the developing world.
She plans to take the trip in September during a gap year before she goes to university.
The general manager of GSM Graphic Arts, Rudy Pearce, said: "Hannah is really committed to raising funds for the charity and we are more than happy to support her. We wish her all the best and hope her fundraising efforts are successful."
Anyone interested in supporting Hannah should phone her on 01845 526225.
