Lee Brundrett scored 180 and 140 to game in a formidable 14 darts for Acorn ARL in their York Unique-Phoenix Darts League division two match against Clifton.
Brundrett, who also closed on 21, was well backed by Mark Gale, who included an 18 darter and match figures of 10 ton-plus scores. Trevor Day gamed in 21. Best for Clifton was Paul Brandon, who prevented the whitewash with 19 darts.
Steve Simpson ran up scores of 180 and a 115 finish for a fantastic 15 darts in Flag's demolition of Lord Nelson, while Alice won 7-2 at Hospital SC 'B', whose Toni Smallwood hit a brace of 140s.
John Ward's 19 darts keeps Slipper in contention with a 7-2 result against Phoenix 'B', while Gaz Stewart shone for Holgate WMC against Sun Inn.
In division one, Jon O'Mara was Sun's match-winner at Phoenix 'A'. Well supported by Chris Thompson (16 & 20), Tony Cooper (19 & 21) and Kev Walton with 19. Col Rowntree-Sean Robinson prevented the clean sweep.
Pete Leake, with 16 and 20, secured the win for Cygnet 'A' at Rose & Crown, whose Ged McMahon gamed in 19. Tom Hair added a 120 finish for 18 and Dave Mason included a maximum for 18 to complete the rout.
Ebor's Tony Raymond's brace of 18 darters didn't stop Shepherd SC from sealing the win through Mark Jones, who was well backed by Heath Scaife (180 for 17) and 2x19 darts from Mick Willsden.
Hospital SC 'A' were 3-1 down at Blacksmith's before Phil Good levelled then Nick Harteveld took the win with 17 and 22 darts.
Paul Cooper (18 & 19) put Cygnet 'B' 3-2 up before Martin Cooper levelled for Acomb SC. Paul's dad, Noel sealed the win with 180 for 19 and 20 darts.
Roz Kerr shot out 100 for 21 as York John Smith's Ladies League division one leaders consolidated their position with an 8-1 annihilation of Phoenix.
Cueball 'B' team's Angie Hields closed on 100 as they scored a 7-2 win home over Dringhouses. Toni Smallwood 22 gave Leeman 'B' the upperhand against Clifton 'A'.
Flag's Christine Hedley checked 98 as they polished off Slip 7-2. Claire Robinson hit the tons for the losers.
Cygnet 'A' kept a clean sheet against visitors Holgate WMC. Karen Alton hit the tons as Independent staged a revival after Anita Adams and Ann Parkyn had given Slipper a good start.
Division two front-runners Cygnet 'B' were grounded by Severus, whose Mavis Gallimore-Jackie Simpson were inspirational.
Sally Swales checked 77 for Sun, who rose to joint second with a 6-3 result at Shepherd 'A'. Blacksmith's captain Maureen Ferguson inspired them to beat Britannia 6-3.
Tang Hall WMC couldn't match Clifton 'B's finishing power. Terri Corney starred as Tap sank Ship 6-3. Jubilee's Brenda Dawe-Heather Bulmer sealed a 5-4 win at Shepherd 'B'.
In division three Woolpack cleaned up in the pairs for a 7-2 victory at Volunteer 'A' to go joint top with Leeman 'D', who came out on top against Reindeer, whose Kerrie Havens starred.
