THORP Arch & Boston Spa remain at the head of division four despite their five wicket defeat at Easingwold.
Andy Hawkswell hit 91, Chris Magee 44 and Andy Griffiths 28 as Spa made a score of 188 all out. Andy Metcalfe took 4-43 and Darren Powell 3-59 for Town.
Easingwold's reply was dominated by Gary Sanders, who made 137no to take his side to a five wicket win despite Howard Lofthouse's 3-46.
At Heslington, Civil Service banked four batting points against Sheriff Hutton when James Chisholm 35, Nick Olney 32 and Mark Bradley 29no saw them to 176-8.
Sheriff bowler Richardson took 4-46 but his side then struggled against the competitive bowling of Mick Bradley, who took 6-58 off 22 overs. Ben Tompkins made 20 and Frank 32no but Sheriff could only reach 143-9.
Both sides gained full batting points when Osbaldwick had the better of a high scoring draw at Pocklington. Ed Baldwin top scored for 'Wick with 75 while newcomer Rob Bisphan 45 and Ed Sowerby 47 helped their side to 238-7. Adam Thomas had 3-43 for the hosts.
Bisphan then took 2-39 but a 123 run stand for the third wicket between Mark Croft, who carried his bat for 84no, and David Gamble 73 saw Pock gain an honourable draw at 208-4.
Sheriff Hutton Bridge missed out on their first win when they failed to press for victory after dismissing Huby for 138.
Dave Ellis took 4-27 and Dave Houldridge 3-69 to dismiss the visitors with Huby's total owing much to Dave Patmore 55 and Dan Grainger 32.
Fifteen-year-old Adam Fisher then made 37 against his home village and Dave Ellis added 27 but their side could only make 129-8 to fail by ten runs to record their initial win.
