YORK CITY player-manager Chris Brass is expecting Cardiff City to reach a decision on the future of on-loan midfielder Lee Bullock this week.
Bullock has spent the last two months at Ninian Park and scored the Bluebirds' final goal of the season at Ipswich on Sunday.
Brass said: "Nobody was around at Cardiff yesterday but the decision will be made this week. He's got three goals in just four starts and that does not surprise me. That's why we gave him the opportunity."
City are hoping to bank £75,000 if the deal goes through with the appearance-linked fee rising to £150,000.
Striker Jon Shaw, who spent a spell on loan with City during their relegation season, is hopeful he will be offered a contract by Sheffield Wednesday boss Chris Turner.
