Mother and daughter Ann Barker and Gill Cooper combined to seal a 5-4 win for Tang Hall WMC against Shepherd 'B'. Blacksmiths took all the pairs for a 6-3 win at Severus.
Volunteer 'A' had their match at Leeman 'A' settled before the pairs to lead division three. Leeman 'C' keep hold of second place, Shelagh Kenny-Margaret Haley sealing their win against Burton WMC.
Sybil Chiltern-Kath Powell were the matchwinners for Woolpack at home to Mount. Michelle Kelly-Collette Wilson were the matchwinners as Volunteer 'B' team beat Cueball.
Despite being a player light, Leeman 'D' came away with a 6-3 result at Turf. Mo Hearfield inspired Acomb to the same winning scoreline at Reindeer.
Sun Inn eased to an 8-1 result in their York Unique-Phoenix League division one encounter with Hospital Social Club 'A'.
A 125 finish for 21 plus an 18 darter from Tony Cooper was well backed by a 117 finish for 18 by Dave Gibbons. Dean Smallwood with 21 and Phil Good (18), who prevented the whitewash.
Ebor's Mark Hartley closed on 113 and then followed up with a 84 bull finish for 19. Paul Armstrong (180) and a 17 darter from Arthur Conyers steered them to a 7-2 victory over Rose & Crown.
Cygnet 'A' stay in contention as Pete Leake closed out on 121 bull finish for 15. Kev O'Hara gamed in a superb 17 darts and Dave Mason included an 81 bull finish for 21. Blacksmith's best came from Tony Brown with an 80 out-shot for 20.
Paul Botterill-Mick Willsden (116 finish) took out a 24 pairs game, while Heath Scaife gamed in 17 and 19 darts to steer Shepherd's to a 6-3 victory at Acomb SC.
In division two, Acorn won 9-0 against Sun Inn. A 180 from Lee Brundrett and a fine 19 darts from Mark Gale stood out, while Andy Turpin starred for Flag in their narrow win over Hospital SC 'B'.
Mal Davey secured the win for Alice with a maximum for 15 against Phoenix 'B', whose Karen Richardson went out on 108 for 24.
A 114 finish for 20 from Rob Platt sealed Slipper's win at Holgate WMC. Clifton began their campaign by demolishing Lord Nelson, with two 20 darters from Neil Hart and a 19 darter from Paul Brandon.
