WOULD-BE entrepreneurs in East Yorkshire can now get support from a new evening drop-in centre.
East Riding of Yorkshire Council and Business Link are offering enterprising people the chance to draw on the experience of others in the business community.
Every Thursday evening from 6pm until 8.30pm, Adrian Shaw and Debbie Simpson will be running a Business Drop-In Centre at the One Stop Shop, in Bridlington's Prospect Street.
Adrian said: "It can be both lonely and difficult starting or running your own business, working during the day, when the advice offices are open. The drop-in sessions are a way of supporting business in the Bridlington area and helping them to develop and grow.
"Even the smallest problem can seem like a mountain to climb when you are in business and the business drop-in centre is here to help with problems big or small."
Debbie said: "We are here to provide any help that we can offer, from National Insurance rates through to company mergers and inward investment, and where we don't know the answers ourselves we can find experts to help."
Bridlington Business Centre in Bessingby Way, is running a series of free business seminars to teach companies the business basics.
For more information phone the centre on 01262 401399.
