PHOENIX Software has shown its on-going support for York City by agreeing to continue as the club's main sponsor despite relegation to the Nationwide Conference.
City's Popular Stand will also be re-named the Phoenix Software Popular Stand.
Phoenix director Mark Gillett said: "We are very pleased to continue our relationship with York City Football Club. The fact that we're playing in the Conference doesn't diminish the importance of football in our city for one minute.
"We're happy to know that our on-going sponsorship helps to underpin the fans' enthusiasm for what is undoubtedly one of York's most important social amenities."
City managing director Jason McGill said: "We are delighted Phoenix Software is continuing its important role as the club's main sponsor. Their fantastic support at this difficult time shows their loyalty to the Club and their commitment to the continuation of professional football in thecCity.
"This is a great boost for the club and for our fans as we look ahead to next season and plan for success in the Conference. This is more than a sponsorship deal, this is a partnership and we are looking forward to working closely with the Phoenix Software team next season."
