MARCIA won the York John Smith's Sunday Morning League Tom Mitchell Challenge Trophy with the last kick of extra time against Selby Olympia WMC at Copmanthorpe.
The lead changed hands several times before Marcia won 4-3 in a dramatic finale.
Marcia went in front after 15 minutes when Kieren Darlow sent Karl Young clear on the right and his pin-point cross was headed home by Mark Ford, the former Leeds United and England Under-21 player.
Fawcett came close for Selby but his far post header was palmed away by Scott Clapham.
Marcia's single-goal lead always looked fragile and five minutes into the second period Selby equalised when Darren Fawcett headed in a Harkin corner.
Despite the introduction of ex-York City player Glenn Naylor, Selby were gaining momentum and took the lead when Wayne Brook netted off the right-hand post after a scramble.
Durnin's header went close to making it 3-1 but Marcia drew level when a speculative volley by Kieren O'Brien struck Stuart Watson and flew past the despairing Steve Milner to send the game into extra time.
Selby regained the lead five minutes later when Brook rifled a shot past Scott Clapham.
A minute before the break Marcia's David Allison was fouled on the left but referee John White played advantage and Allison went past the last defender and hit an unstoppable shot into the roof of the Selby net.
At 3-3 the game looked destined for penalties until Naylor cut in from the right and was felled in the box, leaving O'Brien to convert the penalty to win the cup.
