FROM tees to teas - Fulford Golf Club bade farewell to Ian Mackland this week when he retired as general manager.
Holder of the post for almost the last three years, Selby-born Mackland, will now devote more time to watching Yorkshire Cricket Club.
The former bank manager, who lives at Cawood, will also get to play more golf at Garforth, where he plays off a 12-handicap.
John Gledhill, former Fulford secretary from 1986-94, will replace Mackland temporarily until the appointment of a new manager.
