Kirkbymoorside Reserves will play Pickering Royal Oak in the RJF Homes Beckett Football League Victory Cup semi-finals after beating Sinnington 3-1 to shepherd Pickering Royal Oak into the top four in division one.
The Moorsiders were soon 2-0 ahead, Andrew Piercy and Jason Pearson scoring.
Despite pulling one back from a Joseph Turnbull spot-kick ten minutes from time, Sinnington were unable to get back on terms and Kirkbymoorside restored their two goal advantage through 15-year-old Shaun Walker in the dying minutes.
The defeat drops Sinnington to fifth place after having been in second a few weeks ago.
The teams second and third in the table will contest the Division Two Cup final at Kirkbymoorside on Monday, May 3 (kick-off 6.15pm).
Third-placed Coxwold beat division two champions Union Rovers 4-2 in extra time in the second leg of their semi-final to win 4-2 on aggregate.
Tom Kay and Adrian Leckonby twice put Coxwold in front only to be pegged back by Ian Blanchard and John MacLeod to force extra time.
Kay and MacLeod added another goal each to book a place in the final against Heslerton Reserves, who thrashed Carlton United 8-2 in the second leg of the other semi-final after Ian Robson had given Carlton an early lead.
Heslerton Reserves won the semi-final 15-4 on aggregate.
Ashley Cooke, Danny Cass (2), Sam Meegan, Lee Clayton and hat-trick man Curtis Drummond completed an impressive comeback by Heslerton, with Robson snatching a second goal for Carlton United.
Duncombe Park secured division one football for next season with a 1-1 draw against Pickering Royal Oak in one of a number of important midweek fixtures last week. Jack Colman equalised after Pickering Royal Oak had taken the lead.
Daryl Rivis got the only goal of the game to steer Kirkbymoorside Reserves to a 1-0 win at Thornton-le-Dale.
Ampleforth beat second division champions Union Rovers 2-0 thanks to two Dave Wallinger goals, one in each half.
Ryedale Sports Club Reserves beat Carlton United 4-3 to end the season in fourth place in division two.
Matty Gardner, John Sherwood, Sean Dixon and Shaun Hornby scored for Ryedale, while Dave Pasons hit a hat-trick for Carlton.
Park bid for cup encore
Duncombe Park will be hoping to repeat last season's Ryedale Hospital Cup success when they take on beaten finalists Pickering Royal Oak in this year's final at Kirkbymoorside, on Saturday, kick off 6pm.
Kirkdale United and Kirkbymoorside Reserves meet in the Gordon Harrison Memorial Trophy final at Pickering Town's ground on Tuesday, April 27, kick off 7.30pm.
