Having been there on Sunday, I have to say what a load of rubbish.
I turn up week in, week out and I must say Sunday's performance against Macclesfield was like watching boys against men.
At no point could I say York City looked like they knew what they were doing.
Come half-time I wanted to go. My voice couldn't take any more, my blood pressure couldn't take any more, but unfortunately my two daughters were ball-girls, so I couldn't go.
I felt physically sick after the game. It was a disgusting performance by a team who asked the fans to rally behind.
Why should we? I have spent a fortune over the last year putting money into buckets, enrolling my whole family into the Supporters' Trust/City Reds (a family of six).
And why in Tuesday night's Evening Press did it sound like they were looking forward to being relegated?
What's going on?
Chris Brass was a great leader and player on the pitch. But in the last 13 games we have seen that Chris Brass and Lee Nogan's experience in management is nil.
He (Brass) needs help. There is no drive, commitment or determination to do anything worthwhile on the pitch.
This is a message to the players, management and directors of York City Football Club.
You want support. You want the fans behind you.
We'll follow and support you to the ends of the world, but you have to show us that you want to stay in the League.
How do you do this? By giving guts and glory for 90 minutes.
Give it your all, but most of all look like you know what you are doing and give the fans the respect they deserve.
We have worked hard and spent a lot of our hard-earned money keeping this club alive. Show us it was worth it.
We all love this club, but to me, there is something going on.
I think the fans deserve an explanation from the board and we want the truth.
We've had too many lies in the past.
